Before starting coaching, we conduct a 45-minute assessment to evaluate your game, strengths, and areas for improvement, providing a clear roadmap for your development.
- Swing Mechanics & Technique Analysis: We’ll assess your swing from every angle with your wedges, irons, and woods—addressing posture, grip, alignment, and overall technique to identify areas for immediate correction.
- Short Game Evaluation: A detailed review of your putting, chipping, and wedge play to ensure consistency and precision around the greens.
- Mental Focus & Decision-Making: Perform a sequence of shots, staying focused on each one. We’ll evaluate how well you maintain composure, focus, and a positive mental approach during practice shots.
- Golf Mindset & Self-Talk: A conversation about your approach to the game—how you mentally prepare for challenges, handle setbacks, and manage your emotions. We’ll dive into your thought process on the course and identify areas where mindset adjustments could make a significant impact.
