9-minute swing coordination routines you can do from home without hitting a single golf ball. Four sessions per week. Three new exercises every week for 30-plus exercises total.

Daily breathwork exercises designed to build a strong mind-body connection. A performance tool that trains your nervous system to stay regulated when pressure arrives.

Patterns and Sequencing

Build foundational movement patterns. Learn how the body segments need to sequence through the swing and replace old compensations with functional movement.

Weeks 5 to 8

Rotation and Depth

Deepen the rotation and build the ability to load and unload efficiently. Movements become more complex as the phase one foundation supports more demanding patterns.

Weeks 9 to 12

Explosiveness and Trust

Introduce speed and power. The body now knows the pattern. The goal is to make it automatic, athletic, and available under pressure without conscious direction.
